ROYAL MARQUIS
The brightest new star on the New England Drum Corps scene.
Despite a late start, the 122 members of the Royal Marquis have put
together a dynamic, exciting musical and marching presentation,
capturing the attention of audiences wherever they appear.
The Marquis has already established itself as one of the finest Class A units
in New England. Located in the center of drum corps activity, the Marquis
draws its members from 15 communities. Members ages range from 12 to 21 years.
This year the corps will spend a total of four weeks on the road, and cap its season
with a trip to Birmingham Alabama, where it will compete in the Drum Corps International
Championship.
In addition, the Marquis will appear at the World Open, American International,
Drum Corps East Championship, DCI East and the Battle of the Champions.
